How to Claim a Refund
To claim a refund, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to info@codegnan.com with the subject “Online course refund | Course name”.
Ensure the email is sent from your registered email ID.
Provide a valid reason for the refund (for our internal purposes only).
Ensure the email is received within seven days of the batch start date. Example: If the batch starts on 28th Oct ’25, send the refund email on or before 4th Nov ’25 midnight.
